Global-Local Monitor for Airlines Study: WUD 2009
How well do global airline websites meet the needs and expectations of local markets? The UXalliance will celebrate World Usability Day 2009 by unveiling the results of the first Global/Local Monitor for Airlines.
This study, an industry first, involved over 80 local user experience professionals from 17 member countries across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Levels of localization were reached through evaluating criteria related to visual design, typography, language and terminology.
High level results will be published on World Usability Day on the UXalliance website, and will be followed by a full report in early December (available on request from aimee
